First of all make sure that you have set your project for mobile devices and scalable 2D and 3D. That will save you a lot of trouble.

You can also enable blueprint nativization, but that one is a bit controversial more by the end of the video.

If you want to have movable lights as I do, you need to separately enable it in project setting.
Once you will be actually packaging your project I would recommend you to use android ASTC.
