There's a reason why Tom Trago's regarded so highly. Not just in his hometown Amsterdam, but all around the world.
Ever since debut Rush Hour Recordings release 'Live With The BBQ' back in 2006, Trago's delivered funkin' and fruity house cuts time and time again. From 'Use Me Again' on debut album 'Voyage Direct' to 2012 Cinnaman collaboration 'Rise Up', he's knows how to get down. It's a good idea to check his selection in our 100% Vinyl series, too.
He knows how to chop it up as well, first hooking up with Bok Bok on Sound Pellegrino in 2011 and later putting out the devilish 'Pussy Trak' as part of the 'Night Voyage Tool Kit II'.
His label Voyage Direct's not too bad either, providing a home for the likes of San Proper, William Kouam Djoko, Legowelt and Boris Werner in the past. Next up's the 'Voyage Direct: First Mission' compilation and Trago's input is the gleaming 'Only Believe'. Full of soul, this sure is one to make you feel good.
