Game Description:
This is a wonderful game on effective communication. Imagine navigating a space filled with objects you cannot step on. Now imagine the same task but without your eyesight (blindfolded). The only thing you must guide you is a team member’s voice leading you through. Your team member can see the minefield ahead, and you must rely completely on their instructions to make it through the obstacle.
Learning Objectives:
The insights gained from this game are how to communicate effectively and guide your blindfolded team member to reach safely. Success would require a willingness to be vulnerable, an establishment of trust and effective communication. Guided group discussion – game debrief.
