On January 15, 2020, Carleton University’s Faculty of Engineering and Design hosted a specialized panel discussion on the roles and responsibilities men can have in creating a positive and sustainable impact in support of women in science and engineering. Conversation topics included the allyship continuum (from apathy to advocacy), challenges with allyship, and examples of how men can support women in science and engineering.
