If you are trapped in tech by your love for it like I am, use your skills to ease pain and help people by creating new AGPL software that destroys other industries by making a free version of software to do it available. Then put the work in to make sure a single clone of the repo is not a single point of failure.
Vent your anger by advancing human civilization, the add that project to your resume so that in two years people can claim to have 15 years experience with the code you invented and then refuse to hire you because you're not qualified enough to work with it.
