This lesson focuses on the basics on bending on the guitar for the beginner level guitarist. I show you the basic ways you can hold the neck with your left hand to more easily facilitate bending. Take it slow with these exercises if you have never done bends before, especially if you are using an acoustic guitar. Give your calluses time to recover.
