Ghost town mission - at the end of the Ghost Town mission, you and Panam will go to the Sunset Motel and drink inside the bar. You will have a series of dialogue options to choose. This will be a factor in romancing her.
Panam Palmer is introduced as a former member of the Aldecaldos pack, who, after a certain family dispute, decided to live a more independent life as a lone mercenary.
Panam is first mentioned during Act 2, suggested to V by Rogue as one of the ways of finding Anders Hellman who is assumed to be hiding in the Badlands. As a former member of the Aldecaldos nomad tribe, Panam knows the area well and will agree to help in the spirit of trading favours.
