REQUIRES: iPhone/iPod Touch firmware 3.1+ and jailbroken (has Cydia)
Brief overview:
Download apps to iTunes using http://www.apptrackr.org/
Add source "cydia.hackulo.us" to Cydia and install "Installous" and "AppSync" packages
Connect device to computer and sync
Mobile Version:
Using Installous app, find app you want to install
Choose it, click "Download", choose a link and follow instructions
Wait for download and install to complete
