I've seen so many coaches on Facebook and I always check their YouTube channels. 95% of these successful coaches have low subs and views. Why is that?
They do not understand how YouTube works. It's not like social media.
Here are the things I see:
1. Don't use YouTube for your Facebook lives. Unless you are editing a specific key point, people will just leave your video ASAP. YouTube is fickle. If you don't get to the point, most users will click off.
2. Most coaches do not understand how to grow on YouTube. You need to use SEO and use the keywords your audience is searching for.
3. They either don't have thumbnails or their thumbnails are bad. Thumbnails are key for winning the click!
