Saudi Arabia – the origin of Islam, known for the Arabian horses, and, of course, known for being an oil-producing nation.

You can get a Saudi SIM card for 30 SAR (8 USD) in the official stores of the mobile operators (STC – also for Jawwy, Mobily, Zain, Lebara & Virgin Mobile). Hajj and Umrah SIM cards start from 34.50 SAR (9.20 USD) – the same applies to visitor SIM cards. Airports sell SIM cards too.
These prices may not seem that cheap when you take them at face value.
But you will be surprised how inexpensive mobile data is in this country – and how generous the data allowances are
