How to manage multi-level OKRs in Notion (using a template)
OKRs is a popular goal setting framework created by Intel in the 70s but really popularised by Google in the late 90s. OKRs are still very popular today in the business world and can certainly be applied to personal goal setting as well. In this video, I provide an overview of what OKRs are and explain how to set and manage OKRs at multiple levels using my Notion template.
