Tarantulas are opportunistic ambush predators. Anything that enters their path will be potential prey. This includes small rodents like mice. In this video, we will be feeding my T. stirmi a frozen/thawed mouse. Sorry to those who expected a live feeding - I don't do that. Snakes are also usually fed frozen/thawed rodents, so I see no difference in this.
