1 glass of milk
1 cup of heavy cream (30-35%)
6 tablespoons of sugar (or to taste)
3 tbsp. coffee (or to taste)

how to make coffee ice cream, Recipe:

Mix milk and cream. Separately mix sugar and coffee. Add 1-2 spoons of milk and mix until the coffee is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into milk and cream, mix. Pour into a clean bag without holes, tie the space for ice cream spreading (shown in the video). Into another bag, pour ice, add a handful of rock salt, ice cream bag, put ice cream bag in ice and shake it for 3-5 minutes to make ice cream. Wipe the bag of ice cream from salt, cut and put in a plate. Sprinkle with grated chocolate (optional)
