1- right click on windows start button I computer management I services and applications I services I windows time - set it to automatic and start the service
2- click on windows start button I settings I Network and internet I Internet options I advanced I under security uncheck these two
a- check for publisher's certificate revocation
b- check for server's certificate revocation
