Pokemon Go is still a brand new game and it's only been out for a few days but there's been alot of issues with the game upon its release for both the Android and IOS. Here's what I gathered with the current issues I've been hearing about recently. These solutions are NOT guaranteed to fix the issues since there's mainly a server issue:
Unable to Authenticate Error - The issue when trying to login to the game with Pokemon Trainer Club login. The major cause is the Pokemon GO Servers. It'd be best to wait until the servers improve.
Downloading Issues - I downloaded the APK link to play Pokemon Go just fine that's perfectly safe. Here's the link: http://www.apkmirror.com/apk/niantic-...
Pokemon Go is apparently supported on Android 4.4 devices and up to Android 6.0.1.
Other info: Running the Android N firmware won't work. IPhone 5 devices and up will work properly. Jailbroken devices won't work
GPS/Location Issues - Depends on how strong your GPS signal is. Make sure your GPS/location is Enabled for the game and have it in high-accuracy mode.
Cannot detect your phone's orientation error when switching to AR mode - I still have this issue to this very day myself with invisible Pokemon. For the Android, it may not be equipped with a gyroscope. As far as the IOS, iphone users with the IOS 10 beta 2 may be experiencing problems with the AR mode.
Battery Drain Issues: The main source of this problem is the constant use of the GPS signal. Other causes include screen brightness, use of AR mode, sound, WiFi, and Bluetooth.
There were a few other problems that aren't as frequent compared to the ones I gathered. Here's where I found all of this out: http://www.idigitaltimes.com/pokemon-...
