Pixel text with wave effect
1. Drag your video into your timeline and add text using a legacy title.
2. Go to effects and add turbulent displacement and adjust as shown in the video.
3. Go 10 frames and cut using razor tool then add mosaic in effects controls.
4. Adjust it as shown in the video. Do this same process in end of a text layer.
5. That's it...
