2 Navel Oranges
The juice from half of one lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
Grinds of black pepper
1/4 cup finely-chopped chives
The green, fern-like fennel foliage -- as much as you desire!
