凹水河水库位于毕节黔西市与大方县的界河西溪河上，设计总库容量为4669万立方米，大坝为C25碾压混凝土抛物线双曲拱坝，坝高153米，坝顶弧长137.89米，是世界第三高，中国第二高的碾压混凝土抛物线双曲拱坝。建成后为县城年供水4275万立方米，惠及黔西市县城6万余人，农田灌溉供水77万立方米，灌溉面积2334亩。图为12月21日，凹水河水库工程封顶施工现场。
The Aoshuihe Reservoir is located on the Xixi River, the boundary river between Qianxi City, Bijie and Dafang County. The designed total storage capacity is 46.69 million cubic meters. The dam is a C25 roller compacted concrete parabolic hyperbolic arch dam with a height of 153 meters and a crest arc length of 137.89 meters. It is the third highest roller compacted concrete parabolic hyperbolic arch dam in the world and the second highest in China. After completion, it will provide 42.75 million cubic meters of water to the county town annually, benefiting more than 60,000 people in Qianxi County, and 770,000 cubic meters of water for farmland irrigation, with an irrigation area of 2,334 mu.
