Simple tutorial on how to do slow motion in unreal engine with help of time dilatation. Unreal VR tutorial.
First of all, you need to set up custom input for your motion controller, this depends on what VR headset you are using.
Once you have it, go to VR pawn and after choosen input method add blueprint set global time dilatation. If you set it on 1, time flies normally and on 0 it completely stops.
To make it more interesting I have added a part where you can learn how to use Apex destruction system.
With that you can destroy any mesh after hit with your fist or any object.
Looks great in slow motion!
