A tawny eagle delivers multiple meals to her juvenile offspring.
The tawny eagle, a large bird of prey found in Kenya and other parts of Africa, primarily hunts small to medium-sized mammals, birds and reptiles. The chicks are initially fed regurgitated food, and are gradually introduced to solid foods by the parents tearing off small pieces of prey. Tawny eagles are also known to engage in kleptoparasitism, a behavior in which they steal food from other birds.
Filmed in 5K 360.
