Adjusting the 5-50mm Lens on the Long Range 1080P Camera by Avalonix, Sku HD98550
In this video we show how to properly adjust the 5-50mm manual varifocal lens on the HD98550 model cameras by Avalonix. The camera is a 1080P analog security camera, providing a massive amount of zoom, and long range night vision as well. Using the camera is simple, however, the user needs to take care not to over torque the lens adjustments on the belly of the camera. It is important to not use a drill. We recommend using the allen key that comes with the camera or a manual screw driver.
By watching the process in this video for setting the camera to a wide field of view, or narrow field of view, you should be able to mimic the steps to ensure your camera is properly set.
