Keqing and Yae are NOT Weak 5 Stars
Although I will admit Yae's burst takes waay to long so there's no point in using it and Keqing only works in very specific teams, they both are surprisingly powerful and especially together if you have c4 for Yae.
I really hope both of them get artifact sets more catered towards them in the future so they can really show off their potential, but for now both are on 2 piece sets with Keqing on tf/noblesse and Yae on tf/shimenawa
