This is a visual effects shot I worked on for @TheNeutralZoneStudios upcoming Star Trek fan film called "When Duty Calls." (It's a shot from the trailer so I'm not spoiling anything.) Technical Details:
The Star Trek: Discovery Class C Shuttlecraft CG model was created by Chris Kuhn. The shot was built, animated, and rendered in Blender and composited in Adobe After Effects. The "nu-Trek" style warp tunnel texture was built within After Effects using several layers of animated Fractal Noise. A simple tunnel model was built in Maxon Cinema 4D Lite and imported into VideoCopiliot's Element 3D plug-in where the texture was applied.
