The Lannister army has arrived at Goldentooth the traditional seat of House Lefford It's a vital strategic point as it provides the Lannisters entry into the Riverlands Jason Lannister the twin brother of Master of Coin Tyland Lannister has arrived with a thousand knights and seven thousand archers and men-at-arms You might remember Jason as the man who unsuccessfully tried to woo young Queen Rhaenyra in season one With eight thousand men plus five hundred of House Leffords this is still a paltry amount in comparison to the forty thousand swords in the Riverlands which for the most part have largely gone undeclared But with the death of Lord Grover Tully this is now surely to change.
