This guide can also be used if you have already defeated the boss in Baaj Temple without it dropping the weapon with the said ability.
Basically what you need to do first is make sure you have a weapon with the Capture ability. Go to Cavern of the Stolen Fayth, and head to this green room right here. Apparently the rarer monsters tend to appear more frequently in this area. Try also switching your party members' positions every now and then to keep the RNG shuffling. You will be catching specifically the fiend named "Ghost". This monster can potentially drop an armor with No Encounters as a rare drop. Once you have captured it, head to the Monster Arena in Calm Lands. Keep fighting the Ghost fiend and sooner or later, it should drop the armor. For me it took around 10 minutes. Since it is percentage based, it may vary from player to player.
