The ASUS ZenPad C 7.0 makes quite a good impression in our little test in my unboxing video. It's a very cheap tablet and you can't compare it to an iPad Mini. But it comes with an Intel Atom x3, 1GB memory and Android 5.0 Lollipop - the display resolution is a little low though.
