Lizard pose, or Utthan Pristhasana, is a wonderful asana to work toward as it can build strength and increase flexibility. For those who sit in a chair a lot, this pose can also provide some great relief in the hips and lower back too. Listen to your body, channel your inner Lizard, and let’s join together for a little yoga fun!
