Copy the contents of the Presets folder to
C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe After Effects CS5 \ Support Files \ Presets \ Twitch for CS5
or in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Adobe \ Adobe After Effects CS4 \ Support Files \ Presets \ Twitch for CS3 / CS4
