** Quick 411 related to the video **
'People' can also be signed backward or up and down. There are two different versions for ‘person’- the closed 5 handshape and letter P handshape- both are commonly used. I recommend using the closed 5 handshape version- I showed both because it’s good to know both versions as some Deaf people do use the letter P handshape version. Same thing with ‘high school’- there are two different versions.
Also, if you want to ask, “what did you say?”, you could just sign “say” with lowered eyebrows - just not adding “he / she” at the end as shown in the video for “what did he / she say?”.
