Succession Planting Sweet Potatoes After Carrots
What can you plant after carrots? It depends on your climate, but in mine, I harvest carrots in the early part of summer, which leaves time to plant sweet potatoes.
Who might this NOT work for? If you harvest carrots later in the year, and/or you have a short growing season, you wouldn't have time to get sweet potatoes to harvest. Try a faster-growing crop like beans or squash instead.
But for me, and my long growing season, this combo works great!
