Crossing the Finnish line: the Russians running from sanctions
Passengers arrive in the Finnish capital of Helsinki on the Allegro express train from St Petersburg, the only current rail link between Russia and the EU. Since the start of the Russian invasion of Ukraine, large numbers of Russians are reported to be looking to leave the country, worried that the borders will close imminently and about the impact of Western sanctions.
