🍄 2D Super Mario Bros. Plumbing Commercial REMAKE (+ COMPARISON)
It's FINALLY HERE!! The Super Mario Bros. Movie "Plumbing Commercial" REANIMATED in 2D! This was a fun passion project / animation exercise and I actually learned A LOT about Timing, Staging, and even Posing!
I animated the lady with the phone as "Toadstool" from the Mario Cartoons, since when she was first seen, everyone said she sounded like her. Turns out the lady in the movie is a completely different actress, but they sound VERY SIMILAR!!
I also tried a new Shading Technique with this one, and I'm very happy with how it turned out! Maybe in the future, I could revise the technique and hopefully improve! Not sure, probably depends on the project. :D
