Track Changes in Microsoft Word 365
The Track Changes function in Microsoft Word allows you to keep a record of changes and amendments made to a document. You can then choose to accept or reject the changes. It is a useful tool for managing changes made by several people reviewing the same document. This video shows you how to set up Track Changes and prevent others turning it off. This is much easier than sending the document to several people and then them returning the documents to you. All you do is store it where the reviewers can access it and then simply see the suggested changes and accept or reject them.
