Subtitles (or CC) are commonly seen to be used on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok. It has also been proven that videos that have captions placed within the video, tend to get more watch time and perform better in general. This makes sense, as most of us use social media muted, it makes sense to add captions within the video.
