Hello friends, welcome to my YouTube channel and Facebook page. Today I will solve The Windows Cannot Connect To The Printer. Operation Failed With Error 0x0000011B.

Method 1
1. Hit Windows + R keys to open the Run command tool.Type regedit in the Open command box and hit Enter.
2. Find and expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
3. HKey_Local_machine\System\CurrentControlset\Control\Print\
4. Right-click on the Print key and select New→ DWORD-32 bit Value.
5. Name the new key as RpcAuthnLevelPrivacyEnabled.
6. Double-click on the new key and set its value to 0 (zero).
7. close the regedit window
