Use this tip to quickly duplicate clips in Premiere Pro and speed up your workflow.
1. Press and hold down the Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac) key.
2. Select one or more clips in the timeline and drag them to a new location.
3. After dropping the clips, they are duplicated.
Clips can be dragged horizontally or vertically.
You can also duplicate just the video or audio portion depending on what you select.
