Rice - 100 g
Salt to taste
Black pepper - to taste
Onions - 2 pieces
Carrots - 1 piece
Potatoes - 1 kg
Vegetable oil

Preparation:
Peel and chop onions and carrots
Fry the onions and carrots. Add potatoes. Salt, bay leaves, dry dill sprigs.
Pour boiling water over to cover the potatoes.
Cook over moderate heat.
