This Copper Wire Stripping Tool is Fast!
I didn't plan on making another video about stripping copper wire for scrap value but when I saw a bunch of Romex hanging out of a dumpster near the studio I just couldn't let it go to waste! One thing I know for sure is that if I'm going to do this again, I'm going to use a better tool than a simple utility knife like I did last time. I picked up a wire stripping tool off Amazon for about $40 and it cut my stripping time in half, which also doubled my pay rate from just under $10 per hour with the utility knife to $20 with my new tool. In this video I'll show how to tool works and what I ended up making after stripping almost 20 pounds of wire.
