So, this 6 min video was actually about 3 hours of testing why the f**k does this thing not work!
Long story short, i got this to work ONLY with the following ram:
SAMSUNG 8GB module 1Rx16 PC4-3200SS-SC0-11 (2x)

Also, i've just noticed that i messed up it's GbE not GBe... ahhh....
