Re-Using a Toy Grade RC Receiver. I get regular requests about using cheap RC toy car receivers and transmitters so this is an extract from one of my videos that gives a bit of general information on the relevant connections. At some time I will do a dedicated video on the subject but this might help. On this receiver the motor outputs are labelled M1+ M1- and M2+ M2- on other receivers they may be labelled F/B for Forward/Backward and L/R for Left/Right. On this receiver the battery inputs are labelled VDD and GND on other receivers they may be B+ and B- for battery + and battery - You will see I have soldered leads with JST connectors on them to the relevant outputs and input so I can easily re-use this receiver in several different projects.
