Computational Chemistry 2.6 - MM Angle Bend Terms
Short lecture on angle bend energy terms in molecular mechanics.
For each bond angle in the system, the molecular mechanics energy term is a bond angle spring constant times the square of the difference between the bond angle and the equilibrium bond angle. Each angle requires two empirical parameters.
