Bonjour mes amis!! Welcome back to yet another vlog but this time we're shaking things up a little bit with something a bit more clinical! In my school, we are required to do one mandatory clinical elective in any specialty of our choosing so I headed back to Toronto to do my observership in anesthesiology. Unfortunately, we also had our neurology final exam the week after so as you'll see, it was a very hectic week of study - hospital - study - hospital and so on.
You'll also see that I had a bit of an anxious episode on Thursday which wasn't my favourite thing to showcase but I thought it would be important for me to show every aspect of my week- both the good and the bad. As important as school and work is, nothing is more important than your health and wellbeing so let this be a reminder to continually check in on yourself and listen to your body and mind's needs.
