Meet Samantha Borushaski, a conductor trainee in Kansas City, who says she’s excited for what her future holds as she begins her railroading career. “When I got out the military, I really struggled to find a place or an environment where I felt I really fit in. When I came to the railroad it was something that really came naturally for me. I enjoyed the work and I enjoyed the people.
