Having an airlock will save oxygen, a valuable new resource, from being expelled into space every time you want to access your ship or station. Creating an intelligent airlock will prevent even accidental decompression and lung explosions. Creating it is easy, all you need to do is follow along and have a copy of Space Engineers for yourself!
