How to Downscale 4k to 1080P using VideoProc: http://tinyurl.com/3r4u34cy
Step 1 -- Download and install the video converter at http://tinyurl.com/3r4u34cy, import your 4K videos to the software.
Step 2 -- Choose "MP4" video profile, tap “Option” to set video quality to High, and change resolution to 1920 x 1080. Click “Apply to all” if you have multiple files.
Step 3 -- Enable the “High Quality Engine” and tap “Run” to start converting 4K video to 1080P.
After converting, you’ll find converted 1080p files in the output folder. You may check the comparison between the original 4K and 1080p side by side in the video.
