How to Use OBS and Stream Deck to Make Killer Online Talks and Courses
Recently I picked up the Elgato Stream Deck to make live streams and recordings a bit easier. One of the big ways I'm using it is to seamlessly switch between OBS scenes - namely the full frame camera view, and the screen view for my slides.
This allows me to insert slides into my talks and courses without having to edit them in later. Here's how I set up OBS to record good looking 4K video and my Stream Deck to switch scenes and slides quickly.
