SBI Youth for India fellowship | SBI Youth For India Fellowship 2024-25
The State Bank of India (SBI) Youth for India fellowship has announced the application for the fellowship program. This fellowship aims to address various issues faced by rural communities in India by collaborating with energetic youth to study and work alongside them.
Individuals interested in exploring rural areas and contributing to their development can apply for this fellowship online. The fellowship duration is 13 months.
Eligibility criteria include having completed any degree by October 2023 and being between 21 to 32 years old.
The selection process involves registration, online assessment, and a personal interview.
Selected fellows will receive a stipend of ₹15,000 per month for living expenses. Additionally, they will receive ₹1000 per month for local travel expenses and another ₹1000 per month for project-related costs. Upon successful completion of the fellowship, fellows will receive an additional ₹70,000 as an honorarium.
Fellows will also be provided with medical and personal accident insurance coverage.
The SBI Youth for India fellowship is an opportunity for young professionals to engage in rural development initiatives. Fellows will receive guidance from SBI's centers and assistance from NGO partners. They will work towards the goals of the program, which may include agricultural activities tailored to the community's needs.
