This is one of the gold standards by which I have always measured my combat endurance, durability, and inner will.
It’s been 3 years since I’ve tested myself with this weight, and it shows.
Yes, my overhead lockout is sh*t and what reps I was able to get would all not qualify in a competition.
My Clean, rack position, and Jerk technique suck, but the point today was to stop avoiding all these issues and nut the f*ck up and just do what I can.
Now that I’m over myself, I can focus on actually doing this right.
