i did grab too much altars,but the only worst mod on the altars is "your projectiles fly in a random direction" which reduces our damage by almost 10 times, not recommend to grab it.

CF champ can do 5 orb deli of this map, but i tested it and didn't feel any profit from deli orbs, it's only slows you in mapping.
No go map mods: reflect, less life recovery. Any others is fine.

strategy is good
i did test full winged scarabs and elevated sextants, this is only profitable if you drop 2+ apothecary from 100 maps. So gilded strategy much cheaper and u will be in big profit even without apothecary.
