How to create still or freeze frame in Premiere Pro CC 2017
To create a still frame in Premiere.
Find the frame you want as a still and stop the play head.
Click the small camera icon on the Program window.
Choose the format you want the still saved as.
Choose the location on where the still is saved.
Choose if you want the still imported into the project.
Click ok.
The default length of the still is 5 seconds but this can be increased or reduced. The idea for these tutorials is to help people gain more video and audio editing skills quickly without having to watch a 10-minute video every time they need to learn a new skill.
